The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms: one with 2 full size beds, the other a queen size bed. Additionally, the spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, so plenty of room to stretch out, relax and easily sleeps 8. The kitchen offers everything for cooking a family meal and the formal dining room has a large table which seats 8. Enjoy the charming vintage bathroom while taking a soak in the claw foot tub. Whether you stay a weekend or more the laundry room has a wash sink, washer and dryer for you to use. The exterior deck has a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs. You can go fishing and enjoy our fire pit right on the river front or sit on the deck with a drink while watching the barges go by. This property is conveniently located on the main road in LeClaire Iowa and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, distilleries, bars and a grocery store right across the street. We have put a lot of time and love into renovating this home for many to enjoy. It has many of the comforts of home while offering the LeClaire charm. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

    Absolutely beautiful. Probably the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in. We were just passing through on our way to Chicago. Definitely going to come back sometime and spend a little more time.

    We stayed at RRR due to its close proximity to a friends wedding venue. It was so nice to have a place that was walkable to any store. The hosts were quick to answer and help however needed.

    House was much bigger than the pictures showed. Personally I never even noticed the trains at night. But the tracks are close. This place is fabulous. Only downside for us was having two small children 3 and 6. With the tracks and river, not really much outdoor space for them. But we did find a fun splash pad not far away. Beautiful views, plenty of items in kitchen/ bed was comfortable! Very clean. Great location, you can walk to everything! Great stay!
