The upstairs has 2 large bedrooms: one with 2 full size beds, the other a queen size bed. Additionally, the spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, so plenty of room to stretch out, relax and easily sleeps 8. The kitchen offers everything for cooking a family meal and the formal dining room has a large table which seats 8. Enjoy the charming vintage bathroom while taking a soak in the claw foot tub. Whether you stay a weekend or more the laundry room has a wash sink, washer and dryer for you to use. The exterior deck has a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs. You can go fishing and enjoy our fire pit right on the river front or sit on the deck with a drink while watching the barges go by. This property is conveniently located on the main road in LeClaire Iowa and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, distilleries, bars and a grocery store right across the street. We have put a lot of time and love into renovating this home for many to enjoy. It has many of the comforts of home while offering the LeClaire charm. We hope you enjoy your stay with us.

    This is our family’s second time staying at the RRR. We love it here. The scenery is beautiful. My kids love the train. We spent hours down by the river throwing rocks in the water. I love the location. It’s super walkable and there are tons of cute stores and tasty restaurants. It’s also conveniently located to the quad cities. I think this town is a hidden gem. A retreat away from the hustle of life. Now the house. It is so beautiful. They meticulously maintain everything. It’s very clean and comfortable. I feel comfortable here and so do my kids. We hope to be able to come back every year. Maybe even a couple times a year :)

    We stayed for a girls weekend and it was the perfect place! The deck was great for hanging out and watching the river. The patio heater was nice to have as well! Everything we did was very walkable!
